No Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We value your trust and strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales are Final

Once a purchase is completed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

Currently, we only accept returns for products that are confirmed to be defective.

If you believe a product that you received is defective, please contact our support team at shop@chha.ca within 14-days days of delivery with the following information:


•    Order number
•    Product name or model
•    Description of the issue
•    Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)


Our team will review the request and may provide troubleshooting steps to determine whether the product is defective.  If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will, at our discretion, either:
•    Replace the defective product, or
•    Provide a refund or credit.


Please note:

•    For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, custom orders) cannot be returned under any circumstances.

•    Products must be returned with all original components, packaging, and accessories unless otherwise instructed.
•    Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
